Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Your delivery date has two parts: production (printing your order — many products are produced within 24 hours on business days) and shipping (carrier transit). The “Order now and get it by” date shown on product pages and at checkout includes both and is our best estimate, not a guarantee.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate shipping — $14.99 per order, to addresses within the contiguous United States.
• Oversized or freight items, and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, may require additional charges; we will contact you before producing the order if so.

Free Local Pickup

Skip shipping entirely — pick up your order for free at either location:

• Lawrenceville — 232 W Crogan Street, Suite A, Lawrenceville, GA 30046
• Suwanee — select “Pickup – Suwanee” at checkout

We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

Carriers & Tracking

Orders ship via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) depending on size and destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address; reprints for address errors are at the customer’s expense. Address changes are only possible before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product — we will reprint or refund per our Refund & Return Policy. If tracking shows no movement or the carrier confirms a package lost, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Business Days

Production and shipping occur Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after the daily cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, begin production the next business day.
